My husband's pick

Every now and again Brett humors me and heads to the nursery with me. I appreciate it, since it probably ranks close up there in appeal as going to a fabric store with me (which he absolutely refuses to do). Anyhow, this was a pick of his to go into a pot of mixed plants out on the front patio. Aren't the colors of it gorgeous?

  2. Yes! So beautiful. Good choice! I love the metallic tones in the petals. And the shot, perfection. What ap do you usually shoot at? I just got a macro and having fun playing, but nothing compared to your shots! You are such an inspiration!

  3. Oh, those purple and pink tones look fabulous! Is that some sort of daisy? (I'm not very botanically inclined ;) )

  4. Yep, gorgeous! I have that one, too....just love the blend of colors. I see a couple of shots from Europe in your new header. How was the trip? The deer, so far, have left the hosta alone. Crossing the fingers as I say that... Glad you're back when you can. You keep everyone on their game.

  6. Very pretty! He made a good pick! I'm lucky my husband likes all that gardening stuff. It's me that tags along to the nursery to keep him company.
